He is currently a pre-order exclusive which could mean he's from an adventure pack that's not out on the game's launch date but will appear later. Currently it's not known if he's available for pre-ordering in England.

Actually, I found two songs that fit. I won't tell you the names but I can give you hints and you can vote which one should I use.

The first song is from a Classic Disney Film.

The second song is from a British Band from the 60s.
