Skylanders Game Idea: Custom Crew

Description

Here is yet another fan idea for a Skylanders game I thought of and this time, it's not about swapping (and for those who are Skylanders fans and have a huge imagination would probably enjoy this one a lot). Introducing the Skylanders Custom Crew.

In this game, you are able to create your very own Skylander. But in order to make your own Skylander, you must first place a white, blank expression Skylander known as the Base Figure. Once you place in that figure, you have instant access to the custom character creator (but only after you beat chapter 1 of the game).

When you are making the character, you can use parts of existing Skylanders within the game to make your own Skylander. For example, let's have Spyro's head on Bash's body with Flashwing's wings, Cynder's legs and Blades' tail. Some of the Skylander parts can be unlocked when you place an existing Skylander into your game. You can also color your Skylander anyway you want and you can even choose the moves for the Skylander and how you want to hear his/her voice (but they won't say any of the Skylanders Catchphrases, instead, they can only say words like "Let's go" or "Alright").

But the character creator also has a few weaknesses. The Character creator is not able to create Giants, Swap Force, Trap Masters, Lightcores or Minis but you can however resize the Skylanders to either as big as a Giant or as small as a mini but won't have the same traits as the Giants and Minis, You can however use parts of the Giants, Swap Force and Trap Masters and make them like the Giants, Swap Force and Trap Masters have turned into core Skylanders. Villain parts and moves are also available for you custom Skylander but will have their powers weakened. You can also level how strong, defensive or fast your Skylander is but it has to have some balance. If your character is stronger, it becomes slower, if it's faster, it's also weaker.

There will be 10 different types of base figures when you are making a character. I'll tell you what they are:

-Dragon: This base figure allows you to create a Dragon character (Examples of Dragon characters are Spyro, Bash and Cynder)
-Male Humanoid: This base figure allows you to create a Skylander that stands upright like a human (Examples of Male Humanoid Skylanders are Gill Grunt, Flameslinger and Chop Chop)
-Torso Head: This base figure allows you to create a Skylander that also stands upright but his head is stuck on his torso like he's a walking torso (Examples of Torso Head Skylanders are Trigger Happy, Eruptor and Stump Smash)
-Other Quadrupled: This base figure allows you to create a Skylander that's four legged but is not a dragon (Examples of Other Quadrupled Skylanders are Sonic Boom, Slobber Tooth and Hot Dog)
-Female Humanoid: This base figure allows you to create a female version of the humanoid (Examples of Female Humanoid Skylanders are Stealth Elf, Smolderdash and Chill)
-Horizontal Bipedal: This base figure allows you to create a Skylander that also stands on two legs but is more facing foward than standing upright (Examples of Horizontal Bipedal Skylanders are Chopper and the villain Bomb Shell)
-Round or Head-like: This base figure allows you to create a Skylander whose body resembles more like a head (Examples of Round or Head-like Skylanders are Wrecking Ball, Pop Thorn and Dreamcatcher)
-Driver: This base figure allows you to create a Skylander as well as the vehicle he's driving (Examples of Driver Skylanders and Villains are Tread Head, Boom Jet and Trolling Thunder)
-Duo: This base figure allows you to create Skylanders with a Symbiotic relationship like they are one Skylander (Example of Duo Skylanders are Fright Rider, Rocky Roll and Shrednaught)
-Centaurs This base figure allows you to create centaur Skylanders (The only official example is Knight Mare)

In addition, another brand new team of Skylanders has landed, they are called the Customizers. What makes them special is that they can be customized by adding additional parts to them. They can also break open the custom parts boxes that are hidden all throughout Skylands which you can use to make your own Skylander. There will also be 50 brand new core Skylanders each with a body shape based on the base figures. They cannot be customized but you can still use their parts to make your own Skylander.

Also, there will be more Villains you can trap that will also unlock the parts you desire the most for the Skylander when you capture them. Even the returning villains from Trap Team will also unlock the parts for your Skylander.

Some adventure packs will also come with items that unlock some brand new parts for your Skylander as well.

So, what do you think about this idea? Do you have any improvements I can use?

So now that Skylanders Imaginators has been made with a similar idea, do you think the Creation Crystals were a good idea, or do you think they should have tried something like this concept instead?
