Skylanders Oc Villains: Hiccuppo

Because there is an official villain named Eye Scream, the character I made with a similar name long before I knew the official has been replaced with this guy.

Species: Hippopotamus
Element: Water
Ability: Hiccups big bubbles that have an explosive effect

Biography: While sleeping in the bath tub. Hiccuppo accidentally swallowed radioactive soap that fell from the shelf (he didn't know it was radioactive). As a result, he started hiccuping. But as time went on, he got worse with his hiccups. It started producing bubbles that explode on impact. This causes buildings to be damages and other people to be blown away. It also allowed him to blow up the bank and steal the money. However, he was finally arrested and they clamped his mouth while he was being imprisoned. He cannot open his mouth and had to use a straw to sip on some soup.
