Skylanders Swap Force OC - Over Board

I deleted my previous Swap Force OC Skylander, Sky Surfer after some complaints from viewers who are so focused on the swappabilities (which I didn't know much about when I made Sky Surfer at the time). It was also do to Boom Jet's Biography.

Top: Throws spinning floats (who literally float on air)
Bottom: His boat has been converted to a mini airship
