Internet is wonky in parts of England

I tried to upload a couple of videos explaning my reaction to the leak of Skylanders Imaginators in the MEGA magazine but unfortunately, the internet I'm using has been acting really strangly. When I was in an appartment in Leciester, it would sometimes go off and on. When I was in Northamptonshire visitng a sick friend of my parents, the internet would also go off and on. When I was in a relative's house in Bolton (where one of my grandmothers had her last breath), it would go off and on as well and now in a same cottage I stayed in last year, the internet goes off and on. Because of that, every time I try uploading a video it would either pause for take a long time to upload (over 30 minutes). This probably means I won't be able to upload a lot of videos or any video until I come back to Malaysia which is on August 6th.
