Star's Wand in the crossover hands - Template

In Star vs the Forces of Evil. According to the laws of Mewni (and even Starfan13 mentions this in her live chat: youtu.be/Fzc1Yr8Gtrk?t=11m8s ). The wand will transform depending on the persona of whoever wields it. For example, when Star holds the wand, it has a star (representing her first name), a crown (she's a princess), has a butterfly on it (representing her last name) and hearts (representing her cheeks). When Eclipsa touches it, it turns into an umbrella (representing Eclipsa's taste of victorian fashion).

So I thought to myself, what if a crossover character from another media suddenly got his or her hands on the wand. What would it look like and what powers do you that character will summon. Will it cause mayhem or delightment to the world? Try not to use OCs unless you are really deparate.
